NEW Legends Arceus Starter Evolution Prediction (Pokémon Regional Variants)

Pokemon legends Arceus is very unique. Instead of introducing new starter pokemon, the game features starters from three separate generations. (Rowlet from generation 7, Cyndiquill from generation 2, and Oshawott from generation 5). This has never been done before, and it's likely that Gamefreak has some gimmick in mind for these particular pokemon. The community has speculated that these starters will receive new final-stage evolutions. Let's pretend that theory is true and predict what those evolutions might look like.
