When you've download it you can open the "Epic Games Launcher", in which you can find the tab "Unreal Engine". After that you see "Learn" on the left side. Click it and scroll a bit down. There you find "Engine Feature Samples" and the "Infiltrator Demo". Download it and enjoy.
