Hollow and Arch Body teaches triathletes the basics of posture and how we start to change shapes from neutral to a globally flexed position to a globally arched position.
By practicing these movements, not only do we cultivate a better understanding of the positions we are in swimming, cycling, and running but we get the opportunity to strengthen our ability to stay in them for longer periods of time.
These also prep up for basic rolling mechanics which we can then take to basic tumbling and gymnastics and better prep ourselves how to fall safely.
