After weeks of research, progress, and failure, the Fort Elder mechanics led by their leader sampire, finally revamped the old defensive vehicles of Fort Elder. In addition, Current Elder Scriptos sent in orders for aircrafts to be placed in Fort Elder so that us Knights could have the "Upper" Hand. Get it? No? Kay.

Some time in December the Knights came across a cozy little plot of land. After many years of building and fortifying this momuments great walls, the Knights moved in. Oddly, Troy242621 became Elder around the completion of this Fort and out of respect this landmark was called Fort Elder.

Einstein loves to have conversations with himself. Although his musings aren't profound, they are very entertaining! This particular day he was wandering on the bathroom counter and asked the question, "What colors"? He replied, "orange chicken". Then he commanded, "come here, this way", "Pffffff! raspberry"! Then with a little shake of the head he says, "sweet potato" As he walks off camera you can still see him in the mirror as he kisses the towel and says, "so sweet", stinker, get crazy"! His encore is a rendition of the Elvis Presley song, "Shake, rattle, and roll!" Looks like Einstein has a few items on his to do list. Eating some more, going to see Jeff, and going outside to name a few. "Where’s the money?" is his last question. That is a question we all ask ourselves! Thank you so much! The CEOs of companies with outsized exposure to China are anticipating that the United States will escalate trade tensions even further by extending tariffs to more Chinese products, CNBC's Jim Cramer said Tuesday.Though President Donald Trump's trade strategy is "flawed," a 25% tariff on all Chinese imports could force the country to change its practices, he said. "Even CEOs who would never vote for Trump are willing to see their own earnings cut if it means they can get a more level playing field down the line," the "Mad Money" host said. "Yeah, their trade practices are really that bad and only the 'punditocracy' refuses to admit it, either because they've bought into the myth of China's invincibility or they believe in free trade at any cost to our working people."Chinese companies have long been accused of stealing intellectual property from the U.S., and Trump placed particular focus on what he saw as a trade deficit between the countries. After hiking tariffs on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods from 10% to 25% last Friday, Trump is threatening to add a 25% duty on another group of merchandises worth about $300 billion.Cramer said the tariffs have the potential to add another $100 billion a year to the U.S. government's purse, which could be leveraged to pay down the budget deficit. Though American consumers will ultimately pay the price for those high duties, Trump will frame it as a tax on the Chinese, the host said. "So even though the trade war means that earnings per share might go lower short-term for a handful of obvious companies — or more if the tariffs trigger a global slowdown — our CEOs seem to be willing to take the pain because they've had it up to here with the People's Republic," Cramer said. "I've talked to these execs for a long time and I keep coming back with one vital conclusion: China has overplayed its hand."The U.S. will find it difficult to collaborate with other trade partners, such as Europe, to cordon off China and push them to change, Cramer said. Europeans, he said, would be more willing to come to terms with the Chinese — if it means that BMW and Mercedes Benz in Germany can take market share from Ford and General Motors. "There's no way to form a united front against China on trade because they can play us off against each other," Cramer said.Get more of Cramer's insight here

Thank you so much!Monday's market sell-off was inspired by the escalating trade war with China coupled with Friday's Uber IPO fiasco, CNBC's Jim Cramer said. "Whenever there's a huge, highly visible initial public offering that implodes, it discredits the entire asset class," the "Mad Money" host said. "That's exactly what happened after the failed Facebook IPO in 2012. It's happening again right now."The ride-hailing app, which closed Monday nearly $8 off its $45 debut, is largely to blame for the disappointing debut, Cramer said. The technology platform had terrible timing entering public markets, he said. "You're supposed to come public when your business is red hot. But Uber waited too long," he said. "The ride-sharing company's growth has been slowing for a while now, and they just had another decelerating quarter."The stock will continue to be under pressure until management can get the company on the road to profitability, Cramer said. Uber's share price was unable to get a good pop once it began trading Friday because it there was not enough demand on the market for the equity, he added.IPOs are usually tailored toward big institutions where money managers buy most of the shares in the actual deal. That's followed by individual investors, who bid up the sock in the aftermarket, Cramer said. "However, at $45, most professionals weren't interested because they knew Uber was slowing," he said. Furthermore, it did not help that the company went public "just as Trump started his tariff increases and that spread panic among potential buyers."That wouldn't have mattered if the IPO had been priced correctly, Cramer said.Get more insight here

Thank you so much!Adobe President and CEO Shantanu Narayen said Tuesday he's bullish on the company's 2019 outlook — despite U.S.-China trade tensions that have rattled major indexes in recent trading days.In an interview with Jim Cramer in San Francisco, the CEO said the software firm's creative and enterprise businesses should be able to function without disruption. "Our exposure to China in both of those is fairly minimal," he told the "Mad Money" host. "I think if you look at what we've been able to accomplish in the long run and the tailwinds that we have, we continue to be really optimistic about Adobe's prospects."Adobe is riding the secular trends of design and creativity, two areas that Narayen said "have never been more important." People are creating content in a myriad of spaces, including for automobiles and retail experiences, he said. The company on Tuesday announced that its digital media segment brought in $1.78 billion of revenue during its first quarter. That included $1.49 billion in its creative business, an increase of 22% year over year. After shifting from a two-tier distribution channel to the cloud, Adobe recognized that other companies and industries would have to invest in a digital presence as well, Narayen said. That has given the company "credibility" to share its discoveries with other enterprises, while providing a platform that helps businesses monetize their digital presence, he added.Adobe helps companies attract, engage and create an experience for customers, he said. "Adobe is the content provider that enables all of these streams to be delivered with incredible content," Narayen said. "Given design is more important, given mobile devices are every single place, that's a tremendous tailwind."That also goes for industries looking to stave off potential disruption by Amazon, he continued. "The need to transform is also front and center for every C-level executive," Narayen said. "Given Adobe's been through our own transformation and has software, they want to hear from us and they want to experience that same benefit that we have been able to see."Adobe said total revenue in its fiscal first quarter grew 25% year over year to total $2.60 billion for the period ending March 1.Shares of the software company have gained more than 20% in 2019. The stock closed Tuesday up 1.6%.Disclosure: Cramer's charitable trust owns shares of Amazon.com.Questions for Cramer? Call Cramer: 1-800-743-CNBCWant to take a deep dive into Cramer's world? Thank you so much!Facebook's stock will soon exceed the all-time high that it notched last summer, in the early months after the social network's massive Cambridge Analytica data privacy scandal, CNBC's Jim Cramer said Thursday. It's going to take out $218 per share, Cramer said on "Squawk on the Street. " "Then it's like 26 times earnings and it's growing at 20%." Cramer's charitable trust owns Facebook shares, but its position was trimmed some late last year. The stock closed March 16, 2018, at about $185 per share, the session before news broke of Cambridge Analytica's data misuse. Ten days after that, Facebook hit a then-intraday low of around $149, which represented a 19% decline. Under scrutiny over data privacy by Washington and Wall Street, Facebook eventually clawed its way to an all-time high on July 25, 2018, trading at more than $218 per share. But since then, Facebook had lost 16% as of Wednesday's close.Shares of Facebook were about 7% higher Thursday, after the company reported after the bell the prior day first-quarter financial results that exceeded Wall Street expectations. The company beat on revenue and matched estimates on daily active user growth. At about $195 per share Thursday, the stock was about 12% away from its record high.Cramer had been critical of Facebook for months after Cambridge Analytica scandal. The "Mad Money" host's criticisms were later targeted at Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, who was reportedly blamed by Facebook co-founder, Chairman and CEO Mark Zuckerberg for the company's problems.Cramer said Thursday that Facebook is now a "very inexpensive growth stock."

Thank you so much!A slew of companies have reported earnings in the past week, but the busiest week of reports is still ahead, CNBC's Jim Cramer said.News that the domestic economy grew by 3.2% in the first three months of 2019, faster than the expected 2.5%, helped move the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Nasdaq Composite up more than 0.30% and the S&P 500 north 0.47%, he said. "But make no mistake about it. We are in the heart of earnings season right now, and that is what's really driving the action," the "Mad Money" host said.More results are set to come out next week, including the jobs report for the month of April. Here's what Cramer will be watching on the market next week:

Thank you so much!Activision Blizzard's stock could soon be on a hot streak. The video game maker behind "Call of Duty" reports first-quarter earnings after Thursday's closing bell, and the options market is implying a 6.5% move in either direction — a meaningful swing for a stock that has gained less than 5% year to date. And although the stock has had a difficult 12 months, shedding about 29% in market value, options traders are more bullish than bearish heading into earnings, Dan Nathan, principal of RiskReversal.com, said Wednesday on CNBC's "Options Action." "Call volume today ran a little hot to that of puts. It was about two times that," Nathan said. "And it was interesting that a lot of the call buying, or the most active call strike, was in the weekly $50 calls. There was about 3,000 [to] 3,500 of those traded on an average [price] of about $1.12 or so. And when you see that with a stock at $48, $48.50, that's traders playing for a short-term bounce."Nathan, who is also a trader on CNBC's "Fast Money," said the improved sentiment could be coming from the recent action in shares of Activision. The stock fell dramatically from its highs in 2018 before spending some time consolidating, which is often a precursor to a move higher. "It's still down about 35% from those all-time highs," Nathan noted, referencing the above chart. "The thing obviously topped out last year. But look at this consolidation that it's making here. And, so, if you're going to buy short-dated calls into that print, you're making a defined-risk bet that it's going to break out, finally, after this long consolidation."Shares of Activision climbed more than 2% in early Thursday trading.

Thank you so much!Samuel Jones largely lives off the money he makes from YouTube as a TV and film reviewer. "In terms of paying rent, buying food, buying cigarettes, it's all YouTube money," he said. While his channel's co-creator Max Bardsley is in university, Jones works on "NitPix " full-time. The U.K.-based pair also nurture a small fashion business on the side that mostly provides some spending change.Recently, Jones and Bardsley have been thinking about a backup plan. Like other content creators who have built brands and businesses on tech platforms like YouTube, they fear their livelihood and creative outlet could be threatened by a new copyright directive passed by the European Union in March.Under the new rules, which member states have two years to formally write into law, tech platforms like YouTube could be held liable for hosting copyrighted content without the proper rights and licensing. That's a big change from the status quo, which generally assumes platforms are not legally liable for their users' uploads so long as they take down infringing content once flagged. But according to the directive, companies like YouTube can soon be held liable unless they can also prove they made "best efforts" to get authorization for the content and prevent it from being shared without rights in the first place.YouTube and other tech platforms have argued that the only practical way to avoid liability will be to install even more restrictive content filters than the ones they currently have to prevent infringement. The EU directive does not require tech companies to do that and it makes exceptions for using copyrighted material in parody or commentary, as would be the case in Jones and Bardsley's reviews. But experts say it will be difficult for platforms to create automated filters that can distinguish this context, at least at first. That could mean a channel like "NitPix" would have to avoid using any movie or TV clips in their reviews to ensure their videos upload to the site in a timely manner.Jones and Bardsely, along with four other YouTube creators interviewed for this article, remain optimistic that the final version of the laws will be more flexible than the vague language of the directive. But YouTube isn't leaving things up to chance.

Thank you so much! The red-hot market will be put to the test when Uber goes public next week, CNBC's Jim Cramer said Friday.Investors should be worried about froth — unsustainably high share prices — particularly in the IPO market because there is too much enthusiasm to buy stocks, he said, pointing to Beyond Meat's second-day rally Friday after rocketing 163% on in its Thursday debut. With an added 263,000 new non-farm payrolls last month and low inflation, Cramer said conditions are ideal for the Federal Reserve to maintain interest rates where they are — an encouraging note for the "Mad Money" host. "We've got a runaway freight train of a market and I'd love to see the darned thing cool off for more than a session or two," the host said. "It shouldn't be this easy to make money because, trust me, periods like this one never last that long, and they almost."Here's what Cramer has circled on his calendar in the week ahead:
