IAD. You have 30 days from the date of refusal to file your appeal. The IAD
will examine the decision for any legal or factual errors and consider
humanitarian reasons.
If an appeal isn’t right for you, or if it's unsuccessful, you can seek a
judicial review from the Federal Court of Canada. This is a legal process where
the court reviews the decision made on your application.
Lastly, re-application is an option. Address the reasons your application
was initially refused, make necessary adjustments, and apply again.
