TO GO TO WORK you just need to wait for the starting hour and click "Go" when you are prompted.

TO BUY A CAR you must go to the car dealership and click on the counter. You will be able to select one of three body styles, and customize the paint/rims.

TO GET CLOTHES AND HAIR you must go to the cosmetic shop and buy them first. Then you can click the "Customize"
