Rage 2 (stylized as RAGE 2) is a post-apocalyptic open world first-person shooter in development by Avalanche Studios with (creative) oversight of Id Software. It was announced by Bethesda Softworks on May 14, 2018 as a sequel to the first sci-fi first-person shooter racing game RAGE, released in October 2011.
RAGE 2 will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 14, 2019.[1] It was announced on May 15, 2018 that the game's pre-order bonuses include a unique mission called "Cult of the Deceased Lord", the "Settlers Pistol" from the original RAGE, the Nicholas Raine Armor, and a Monster Truck for use within the game.

The game is set in 2165, thirty years after the events of the first game. Humanity has found a way to heal the world, turning regions of the Wasteland into lush jungles, wetlands and even tundra.[2] Trade is growing and a type of "Wild West" society is emerging.[3] The brutal ways of the old world still remain, however, and these new, delicate biomes are under attack by gangs that want to control their resources. The Authority has returned, waging battle against anyone who won't follow their rule.[2]

The player assumes the role of Walker, one of the last Rangers in the Wasteland. After being robbed by the Authority, (the primary antagonists of the first game), Walker tears through the Wasteland to seek vengeance and to ultimately end the Authority's oppression.

Some characters from the original RAGE will also return, such as Antonin Kvasir, Loosum Hagar and John Marshall.

Die Entwickler von Airheart - Tales of Broken Wings bezeichnen ihr Spiel selbst als "Diesel-Punk Flugzeug Action-Spiel". Was wir uns darunter vorstellen sollen? Ein kunterbuntes, aber tödliches Top-Down Shoot'em Up, in dem wir der Protagonistin Amelia dabei helfen, die Grenzen des Himmels zu erreichen.

In der Welt von Airheart ist nämlich niemand auf dem Boden geblieben. Das liegt unter anderem daran, dass wir die meiste Zeit in unserem Flugzeug verbringen und ... Angeln. Denn Amelia macht in ihrem Gefährt Jagd auf fliegende Fische. Doch der Himmel wird immer gefährlicher, seit sich auch Luftpiraten in der Gegend um Amelias Heimatstadt herumtreiben. Wen das jetzt an Käptn' Balu und seine  tollkühne Crew erinnert, hat damit gar nicht so unrecht: Auch in Airheart segeln wir durch die Luft, bringen Pakete zu ihren Besitzern, bergen Schätze und liefern uns Gefechte mit Frei(luft)beutern.

Wie das genau aussieht, ob das Spaß macht und was GamePro-Redakteur Tobias Veltin dazu sagt, erfahrt ihr in unserem Video. Die Entwickler haben uns nämlich eine Xbox-Version zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir ausprobiert haben. Airheart ist bereits für die PS4, die Xbox One und den PC erhältlich - und soll auch noch für die Nintendo Switch kommen.

The journey to the 36th Breeders’ Cup Classic begins in the early morning hours as Breeders’ Cup hopefuls are boarding “Air Horse One” in Los Angeles ahead of the Whitney Stakes in Saratoga Springs, New York. Victory in the Whitney comes with an automatic and free entry into the Breeders’ Cup Classic so the stakes are high.

Meanwhile, at Monmouth Park Racetrack in New Jersey, owner Michael Fazio and trainer Greg Sacco (the team behind Joevia) prepare for the TVG.com Haskell Invitational. It is a historic moment for Greg as Joevia would be his first horse ever to run in the Haskell. On race day, veterinarians discover a pulse in Joevia’s foot, forcing the team to make a difficult decision just before the race.

Back to the Whitney in Saratoga Springs, NY as legendary trainer Bob Baffert reminisces about his career in thoroughbred racing and introduces “man of the hour” McKinzie, who will be running in the race. McKinzie is named after one of his dear friends who passed away a few years back so it is a very emotional effort for Team Baffert. The Whitney Stakes is also the one race that has eluded Baffert in all of his years in horse racing. Can he finally win with McKinzie and secure a spot in the Breeders’ Cup Classic?
