Evangeline and Bryson of the Positive Kids Channel aka the POZ KIDS share with you 10 things to do to make you happy when you are sad. This is family fun and kid friendly videos at its finest as you smile and laugh to the end. Don’t forget to watch the funny kid bloopers at the end.

As Evangeline says, “sometimes we have a rainy day, we feel sad and things are hard.” When we have a hard day, the POZ KIDS lay out “10 Things to Do When You are Sad.” Here are the ten action steps towards happiness that Evangeline and Bryson share:

1) The first thing to do when sad is spend time with family. The brother and sister duo Evangeline and Bryson embrace a hug to show their love for each other.
2) The second thing to do when sad to make you happy is watch YouTube. One of the best things you can do is watch shows on YouTube and laugh. Bryson encourages you to watch the POZ KIDS children’s channel on YouTube because it will make you happy.
3) The third thing to do when sad is change your attitude. Evangeline encourages you to get out of bed and get into the sunshine. Bryson says, “change your attitude, change your world.”
4) The fourth thing to do when you are sad to become happy is drink a Coke, it will make you feel better. Evangeline drinks a Coca-Cola and Bryson drinks a Pepsi, the soda he likes. Bryson begins to belch and laughter erupts between the children.
5) The fifth thing to do when you are sad to make you happy is exercise. The kids begin to do a children’s workout with jumping jacks, pushups and while singing a funny song. Bryson sings the special exercise kids song.
6) The sixth thing to do to make you feel better when sad is music. Music always makes you feel better. Evangeline encourages you to listen to your favorite jam and anything other than heavy metal, while Bryson shares he likes to listen to hip hop music. The kids play air guitars and have a blast pretending to play music.
7) The seventh thing to do to be happy when sad is dance. The kids share how much they love to dance. Bryson and Evangeline dance to the music and have fun.
8) The eighth thing to do is when you are feeling sad is to smile. When you smile it warms up your heart and makes you feel better. Evangeline shares how a smile makes you feel happy and others. Bryson gives a nice smile and asks if his sister feels better.
9) The ninth action step to happiness when you are sad is to give by helping others and showing some love. Evangeline says, “some people call it karma and others say you reap what you sow, it is so true, when you bring others happiness, it will come back to you.” Bryson fires us up to show some love.
10) The tenth action step to becoming happy when you are feeling sad is….you will have to watch the video for number 10. You should be smiling, laughing and happy before you ever get to number 10, but you will have to watch and see what it is.

( 147 ) So if they deny you, [O Muhammad], say, "Your Lord is the possessor of vast mercy; but His punishment cannot be repelled from the people who are criminals."
( 148 ) Those who associated with Allah will say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have associated [anything] and neither would our fathers, nor would we have prohibited anything." Likewise did those before deny until they tasted Our punishment. Say, "Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? You follow not except assumption, and you are not but falsifying."
( 149 ) Say, "With Allah is the far-reaching argument. If He had willed, He would have guided you all."
( 150 ) Say, [O Muhammad], "Bring forward your witnesses who will testify that Allah has prohibited this." And if they testify, do not testify with them. And do not follow the desires of those who deny Our verses and those who do not believe in the Hereafter, while they equate [others] with their Lord.
( 151 ) Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason."

( 151 ) De ki: "Gelin size Rabbinizin haram kıldığı şeyleri söyleyeyim: O'na hiçbir şeyi ortak koşmayın, anaya babaya iyilik yapın, yoksulluk korkusuyla çocuklarınızı öldürmeyin, sizin ve onların rızkını veren Biziz, gizli ve açık kötülüklere yaklaşmayın, Allah'ın haram kıldığı cana haksız yere kıymayın. Allah bunları size düşünesiniz diye buyurmaktadır."

( 150 ) Dis: «Amenez vos témoins qui attesteraient qu'Allah a interdit cela.» Si ensuite ils témoignent, alors toi, ne témoigne pas avec eux et ne suis pas les passions de ceux qui traitent de mensonges Nos signes et qui ne croient pas à l'au-delà, tandis qu'ils donnent des égaux à leur Seigneur.
( 151 ) Dis: «Venez, je vais réciter ce que votre Seigneur vous a interdit: ne Lui associez rien; et soyez bienfaisants envers vos père et mère. Ne tuez pas vos enfants pour cause de pauvreté. Nous vous nourrissons tout comme eux. N'approchez pas des turpitudes ouvertement, ou en cachette. Ne tuez qu'en toute justice la vie qu'Allah a fait sacrée. Voilà ce qu'[Allah] vous a recommandé de faire; peut-être comprendrez-vous.

And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, "Bring us a Qur'an other than this or change it." Say, [O Muhammad], "It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day."
Say, "If Allah had willed, I would not have recited it to you, nor would He have made it known to you, for I had remained among you a lifetime before it. Then will you not reason?"
So who is more unjust than he who invents a lie about Allah or denies His signs? Indeed, the criminals will not succeed
And they worship other than Allah that which neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say, "These are our intercessors with Allah " Say, "Do you inform Allah of something He does not know in the heavens or on the earth?" Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him
And mankind was not but one community [united in religion], but [then] they differed. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been judged between them [immediately] concerning that over which they differ.
And they say, "Why is a sign not sent down to him from his Lord?" So say, "The unseen is only for Allah [to administer], so wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait."

O, onların ortak koştuklarından uzak ve yücedir.» İnsanlar, önceden, tek bir ümmetten başka bir şey değildiler; fakat sonradan ayrılığa düştüler. Eğer Rabbin tarafından (azabın ertelenmesi ile ilgili) bir söz (ezelî bir takdir) geçmemiş olsaydı, ayrılığa düştükleri konuda hemen aralarında hüküm verilirdi (Derhal azap iner ve işleri bitirilirdi).Ona (Muhammed'e) Rabbinden bir mucize indirilse ya! diyorlar.
