to daily steps that follow them regularly may help you to restore your hair beauty and density in the
shortest time possible!
Necessary precautions!
Before starting hair treatment outside, make sure of the following:
1. There is no lack of vitamins you have or the nutrients your hair needs daily from your diet, so do
tests: Ferritin, Vitamin D, B12, zinc.
2. Drink water in sufficient quantities, as water is very important in the process of hair growth.

temperature, tying the hair strongly affecting the follicles, combing the hair violently, frequent dye ...
etc.
Make sure to deal with any of the above mentioned problems if any, then start by following some of
the following recipes that may help your hair heal quickly.
Mixes to intensify very light hair
The girl may be born with light hair from the original, or she may go through some health problems
or perform wrong practices that lead to her hair falling out. Here we will show you some mixtures to
intensify hair, which are completely natural recipes:
• Eggs: Eggs are one of the basic aesthetic qualities of hair because it contains proteins that help to
rebuild hair and stimulate its growth. If you want a single hair straightener, then eggs may be the
perfect solution for you! It can be used in many ways:
1. Using eggs without additives: Beat two eggs well and put the mixture on your dry hair for at least
20 minutes, then wash your hair well with a suitable shampoo to get rid of the smell of eggs. Repeat
this at least 4 times a week for great results.
2. Using eggs with additives: Mix the egg yolks and a little olive oil and water well, then put the
mixture on your dry hair for 15 minutes before washing it with the appropriate shampoo. Repeat this
a few times a week for quick results.
Orange juice: Orange juice is a great recipe for increasing hair density and strengthening and giving a
refreshing smell to the hair, as it is effective in treating dandruff problems! It can be used in many
ways:
1. Use oranges without additives: Cut an orange seed after peeling it, and put it in the blender until
you have a soft mixture of orange pulp, then put the mixture on your dry hair for 20 minutes.
Repeating this once a week will help you get thick and strong hair within weeks.
2. Use oranges with additives: Make a soft mixture of pureed apples and orange pulp, and put them
on your hair for 30 minutes once or twice a week, then wash your hair well with shampoo or with
water only. Repeat this method weekly for best results.
Coconut oil: Coconut oil is one of the most effective ways to intensify and treat hair of all its
problems. It contains proteins like those contained in eggs that help to strengthen the structure of
hair. Heat the coconut oil until it becomes warm, then rub it with your scalp and make sure to
continue adding oil until it covers the hair from the roots to the ends, and then cover your hair with a
hot towel. Heat the towel by placing it in hot water well before squeezing it. Whenever you feel that
the towel has lost something of its heat, put it in the microwave for seconds or put it back under hot
water and squeeze it. Leave the oil on your hair for 30 minutes, then wash your hair thoroughly with
a suitable shampoo. Repeat the process every few days for best results.
• Olive oil: Using olive oil to treat hair problems is not a new thing, but a recipe that has been
followed since ancient times! This is because it contains the omega-3 hair needs! You can use olive
oil by massaging the scalp with it and the rest of the hair up to the roots. Leave it on your hair for 30
minutes and then wash it well with shampoo or put oil at night and leave it until morning and then
wash it for great results.
Avocado: Avocado is one of the best fruits for its hair and skin! Wash your hair well and dry it with a
soft towel while keeping it damp before adding one of the following avocado masks:
