Thank you so much!Williams-Sonoma CEO Laura Alber said Monday that the company shuffled its operations over the past year in anticipation of high tariffs on imports from China.The home goods retailer made adjustments over the past year believing that tariffs on Chinese imports could reach 25%. "I think that you're better off preparing for the worst," she said in a one-on-one interview with "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer Monday in San Francisco. "Unfortunately that pessimism has come true, and we are more prepared."Williams-Sonoma shifted some furniture production to Vietnam, Indonesia and the United States after President Donald Trump slapped 10% duties on $200 billion worth of Chinese goods last year. Higher tariffs, at more than double that rate, went into effect Friday. Chinese officials said Monday the country plans to retaliate by raising tariffs on $60 billion of U.S. goods.In December, Williams-Sonoma announced that it would open a facility in Tupelo, Mississippi, in January and add hundreds of jobs to manufacture upholstered furniture. Alber said it's beneficial to bring jobs back to the United States because "the cost from the freight coming from Asia offsets the costs of the labor," as the company learned after opening its first Sutter Street Manufacturing unit in North Carolina.The furniture maker owns the Pottery Barn, West Elm and Williams-Sonoma Home brands. "We looked at opening another unit in Tupelo and then bolstering up our other two West Coast and East Coast manufacturing units," Alber said. "And so we're hiring … 500 people, and we've got 140 right now in Tupelo. We need to hire more, and we need to hire more on the coasts, as well."The company also renegotiated contracts with manufacturers in that country in order to reduce costs and prices, Alber said. Williams-Sonoma won't be successful in halting all costs for consumers, but price increases will be "selective," she added. "We've been very careful and studying where we should do that, but more importantly we're reducing costs," she said. "So reducing costs, not just on the cost of goods by moving them, but also in other parts of our company."Williams-Sonoma reported 3.7% of revenue growth in its fourth quarter earnings report and gave guidance that one Morgan Stanley analyst called "seemingly optimistic." The retailer expects comparable brand revenue growth of between 2% and 5% and earnings per share of up to $4.70 for 2019.Shares of the San Francisco-based firm are up 8.58% over the past 12 months and 3.59% this year. The stock fell about 5% Monday.

Did you know.
Google inadvertently sold their own domain name google.com via google domains.
Well, the story goes a little something like this.
In September of 2015 former Google employee Sanmay Ved was traversing through the relatively new google domains platform.
Google domains is Google's own domain name registration service. You can purchase domain names through google along
with other google products and services such as site builders and email.
So, out of curiosity Sanmay checks google.com and much to his surprise, google.com was available for registration.
This was certainly odd that google.com would be showing as available. Sanmay figures this is just some kind of error and Seeing that this could be a potential error, he selects the domain name expecting the system to immediately correct and show the domain name as not available.
On a side note, this is not uncommon with domain name registrars. There are instances where they will show certain domain names as available that are not. Or even premium domain names that are more expensive than what they will display. The system will usually make the correction upon checking out.
He continues to go through the checkout process, expecting the purchase to fail.
However, the transaction goes through and Sanmay paid 12 dollars for one of googles most valuable assets, the domain name google.com
Sanmay then received messages from discover that the sale was official.
Text messages Sanmay received from Discover: Discover Card: Transaction of $12.00 at Google *Domains posted to your account. Sept 29, 2015. Visit http://discvr.co/ 1GUSs8c text help for info, stop to quit. Discover Card acct alert: A purchase of $12.00 was made online, by phone or mail.
He also received a message from google notifying him as the new domain owner. Further validating the purchase of the domain.
However, his ownership of the google.com domain name was short lived.
Shortly after the purchase google recognized the error and reversed the purchase
Sanmay was refunded his 12 dollars and google recovered the domain name.
Google has an arrangement that rewards those financially, for finding potential Security flaws with their products and/or services. Compensation for identifying these security hazards could be in the high five figures.
Ultimately, Google informed Sanmay that there would be no reward.
Due to the transaction being accidental.
However, the decision to not pay the reward was later changed when they discovered that Sanmay didn't do it for the money.
They elected to pay him 6006.13, which represents the word google numerically.
Google Then decided to increased the amount to 12,000 dollars.
When they discovered the money was going to be donated to a charity.
Sanmay was quoted as saying "I don't care about the money. It was never about the money, I also want to set an example that it's people who want to find bugs that it's not always about the money."
Sanmay, who is an advocate for education and a native of India. Had the money donated to the Art of Living India Foundation. They provide free education to areas of India where poverty and child labor are rampant.

You're not losing the competitions because of hacks, mods, etc. You're not even losing them because people are beating you. You are losing Fort Moss and the Christmas Tree competition because the whole thing is fake and today I'm going to show you the evidence to prove it.
I also reference Starsnipe's last day on earth survival video on hackers ruining the competitions.
When I first started Fort Moss in the beginning of Season 3, I was, like many of you guys, really excited to finally be able to compete with other players in the game. I worked hard at it for almost 2 hours and then realized that the resources I was spending to do the event we're not going to be worth the rewards so I stopped.
To my surprise, I was already in the top 5% and to an even bigger surprise, I stayed in the top 5% for over a week. But then when I thought about it, I realized that Last day on Earth has had over a hundred million downloads and based on revenue stats, I would predict they have less than half a million active players. But even if they have 5 million active players. That still puts all active players in the top 5%. So in that case, it made sense that I was still in the top 5% after a week even though I had only put 2 hours of playtime in because all active players are technically in the top 5%.

It is not a crazy complex game for serious gamers, but today KGH has sponsored me to give you ten tips to get you guys started. In order to dominate in this game, you either need to spend a lot of money or you need to be really consistent and play smart long enough to overtake your competition. So my first tip, which may seem obvious to some of you, is to always keep your builder active. If you're really serious about this game and are wondering what to spend your money on, then buying this $5 package which includes a permanent second builder is the best use of your money. But I know many of you are free to play players, so you can also get a second builder for two days by spending 200 biocaps.
My second tip is to not build hardly any troops until you get your headquarters to level seven. This allows you to upgrade your barracks, range, and garage to get third tier troops, which are going to get you a lot more power points for the resources that you spend. In fact, I could see an argument for waiting until you upgrade your headquarters to level ten to build troops, but you don’t want to wait too long, because troops are a big part of advancing in this game.

Zombies mode is a lot of fun, but it also has tons of secrets that no one knows about. In this video I am going to give you over 100 tips and tricks for zombies mode and then at the end I am going to tell you about a phone that I think is going to change the world of mobile gaming.
The first tip is to play with a team. Zombies mode does get more difficult the more people you add, but only by 20% for the first two and then around 16% for the last one. So in total, a full-squad doesn't even experience twice (1.67%) as many zombies as a solo player giving a full team a huge advantage.
When you first start off in round one, the most efficient way to get points is to shoot zombies twice and then melee them once. It is also more efficient to let them break the boards on the windows so that you can make more points by fixing them. Fixing Windows as a team does not give you more points overall, but it does make it go faster.
If you're playing on a team with multiple skill levels, it is important that your best players use their points to unlock the doors because it is likely that they will end up with more points than they can spend while some of the less skilled players will likely struggle with points for much of the game.
Once you've unlocked all the doors, the house is not that great of a place to defend. Rather, I recommend setting up your defense on the bottom left side of the map because this is where you can purchase the AK47 and Type 95 which are some of the best weapons to have in zombies mode especially if you have good skins for these guns because as I assume most of you guys know by now, better skins do more damage in Zombies mode. Part of the reason why these are some of the best guns, is because since they are wall guns, you can return to that spot on the map and reload them anytime you want.
