"No Money" is a shoulder exercise to improve external rotation. For patients with shoulder issues or overhead throwing athletes that want to optimize performance and prevent rotator cuff injury "No Money" can be quite effective. For more videos visit http://releasept.com.
Start with your back against a wall, your palms facing up holding the band. Bend elbows 90 degrees at your waist. Keep your shoulders back and core tight, with your ribs down.
Externally rotate your shoulders by squeezing your shoulder blades together. Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions.
You should feel this in your shoulders and upper back
Tip: Be sure to maintain good posture and keep elbows bent to 90 degrees and by your side

Can legally prescribed medication still lead to an impaired driving charge?
Yes. Having a valid prescription does not automatically prevent an impaired-driving allegation if police believe a drug affected the person’s ability to operate a vehicle.
This video explains how police observations, roadside testing, Drug Recognition Expert evaluations, toxicology evidence, video, prescription records, and other evidence may become relevant. If prescription medication is involved in your impaired driving case, obtain legal advice as early as possible.
