Thanks for your preparation and wonderful performance of these three very engaging works! I appreciate your memorization, strong sense of rhythm and techninal clarity. A few thoughts as you continue to work toward even better playing:rnWork on finding the right balance of airflow and resistance in the instrument to ensure that your sound is always rich and beautiful. Sometimes on longer notes, the sound gets pushed hard with cold air and we lose those beautiful colors. Keep working on your vibrato to see what you can do to use that to add color and also help lead the listener through these melodies. Always look for places where you can use dynamics to better "package" the music for us with slight changes, again to lead us as listeners. Your body movement sometimes gets excessive for me and that can take away from our experience in the audience so be sure to work on minimizing excessive moving. You have a very good concentration on the stage Rebeka and I really feel you know what you are doing with your music. Don’ t move too much on the stage because it atracts the atention which should be focus to the music.rnThe second piece didn’t sound so well with the piano, your intonation was a bit too flat all the time which appeared also in the finale of the 3rd piece.rnListen to the piano more and try to melt better with it. When you work on the music it is not enough to be in tune on concert A. It is so much important to tune many notes where you find yourself as one note of the whole chord. If you would understand and hear your position within this chord (third, fifth, seventh) I am sure you would tune better.
