Start with your back against a wall, your palms facing up holding the band. Bend elbows 90 degrees at your waist. Keep your shoulders back and core tight, with your ribs down.

Externally rotate your shoulders by squeezing your shoulder blades together. Repeat for prescribed number of repetitions.

You should feel this in your shoulders and upper back

Tip: Be sure to maintain good posture and keep elbows bent to 90 degrees and by your side
