For the ROM, make sure to scroll down a bit to find "Direct Download". That is where you get it. Ignore all the other "Faster upload" crap and anything you have to pay. This is all free from when I recently downloaded the emulator and ROM. Feel free to take a look around the site as well for any other games you may want to play!!
